I’ve worked hands-on with more than 50 private clients, helping them overcome plateaus, recover from injuries, and rediscover what it means to feel strong and capable. Every session focuses on progression, accountability, and learning how to move efficiently and safely for life.
As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC), and USAW-certified coach, I bring the highest industry standards in exercise science and performance training to every client I work with.
